- 10+ years of Human Resources experience
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Strong business acumen and ability to create analytics in support of HR business initiatives
- Able to communicate effectively at an executive level
- Effective at dealing with resistance
- Must be self-directed and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Background reflecting strong tenure and career progression within a complex organization
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; and, effective problem-solving ability
- Experience working in large global corporations, preferably in the High Tech industry
- Experience within senior-level executives; leadership role with senior-level executives for human capital advisement
- Hiring Range: $109,100 to $223,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

- Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits.

- Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
