Job Overview

Century Fasteners Corporation, a leading international distributor of fasteners and non-fastener products, is seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our New Business Development team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service and sales skills, with the ability to generate new sales activity and develop relationships with new customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in sales training programs and ongoing education to develop customer service and sales excellence.
  • Qualify leads and develop active accounts to drive sales growth.
  • Establish relationships with customers through telemarketing and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Document all activity using CRM and other applications.
  • Develop a strong understanding of inventory management and quality control requirements.
  • Balance effort between team projects and self-supported workflow.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 4-year college degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of fastener products, aerospace industry experience, or CRM experience is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change with a positive attitude and focus on long-term success.
