Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Communications Associate to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving customer issues in a professional and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, providing solutions to customer complaints and issues.
  2. Product/Service Information: Provide detailed information about our company's products and services to customers, addressing their questions and concerns.
  3. Order Processing: Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns, and handling other transactional tasks.
  4. Communication Management: Monitor and manage communication channels to ensure timely responses and efficient handling of customer inquiries.
  5. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions in our CRM system.
