Position Overview: As a pivotal member of the Value-Based Care division, the Director of Operations - Integrated Kidney Care (IKC) will directly report to the Vice President of Integrated Kidney Care. This role encompasses leadership across both governmental and commercial value-based care sectors, ensuring the success of various programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate collaboration and coordination within the IKC central team.
  • Engage in monthly operational reviews with senior leadership.
  • Assist in crafting and delivering critical internal and external communications.
  • Identify management process deficiencies and propose actionable solutions.
  • Lead significant projects across multiple service lanes, tracking metrics and preparing presentations for senior management.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to conduct analyses and consolidate findings.
  • Work alongside operational and innovation teams to enhance market-leading capabilities.
  • Demonstrate prior experience in strategic roles, such as Director of Strategy or Operations, particularly within healthcare settings.
  • Travel as necessary for market engagement.
