About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Lincoln Financial Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining complex relationships with senior-level clients within targeted firms and institutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with senior-level clients, understand their business needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends: Maintain a deep understanding of the financial services industry, including market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.
  • Meet or Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements
  • 5+ Years of Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the financial services industry and its key players.
  • Strong Business Acumen: Ability to analyze complex business problems, develop creative solutions, and drive results-oriented sales strategies.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Results-Oriented and Goal-Driven: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
