Job Summary

Urban Air Adventure Parks is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our team and drive success in our indoor adventure parks. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for motivating and developing our staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests.

Key ResponsibilitiesPeople
  • Hire, Train, and Develop Staff: Recruit, train, and mentor our team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Cultivate a Positive Team Environment: Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration, where staff feel valued and empowered to succeed.
  • Implement Staff Training Programs: Develop and execute comprehensive training programs to ensure staff are equipped to handle various situations and provide excellent customer service.
  • Lead and Influence Managerial Staff: Motivate and inspire our managerial staff to achieve their best, leveraging their individual strengths to drive productivity and success.
  • Ensure Employee Recognition and Incentives: Implement and execute employee recognition and incentive programs to reward and motivate our staff.
Operations
  • Maintain a Safe and Secure Environment: Ensure our facilities are safe, clean, and secure for our guests and staff.
  • Responsible for All Aspects of Operation: Oversee all aspects of our operations, including entertainment, food, beverage, attractions, and property management.
  • Improve Operational Execution: Continuously evaluate and improve our operational processes to ensure they meet our high standards and drive revenue growth.
  • Provide Direction and Leadership: Guide our management team and ensure all staff members perform at a consistently high level.
  • Promote Positive Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, where staff feel valued and respected.
Financials
  • Drive Sales and Revenue Growth: Capitalize on business opportunities and execute marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Maintain Fiscal Responsibility: Ensure our financial systems are in place to manage inventory control, labor budgets, and other financial aspects of our business.
  • Analyze Financial Reports: Review financial reports and develop action plans to grow revenue and control expenses.
Qualifications
  • Strong Leadership and Communication Skills: Possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Experience in Hospitality: Have a proven track record in the hospitality industry, with experience in facility operations and management.
  • Ability to Develop and Motivate Staff: Demonstrate the ability to develop and motivate staff, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Intermediate Computer Skills: Possess intermediate computer skills, with experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
