About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Global Accounting Integration Manager. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Accounting Integration team with managing design, implementation, and support of accounting system enhancements and integrations.
  • Collaborate with global teams to integrate and implement corporate accounting policies, processes, controls, and financial systems in a timely and effective manner.
  • Help evaluate, recommend, and implement process improvements, ensuring that consistent accounting practices are applied worldwide, and company objectives are met.
  • Document and manage global chart of account structure, recommending and approving all account additions and changes.
  • Assist with due diligence activities required for potential business expansion.
  • Assist with exploration, implementation, and maintenance of accounting software tools.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field required.
  • Minimum 7 years of related professional experience in a financial/accounting function, in a leadership or managerial role of increasing responsibility.
  • Experience working in a public company.
  • Accounting manager and/or public accounting experience preferred.
  • Strong systems experience preferred.
  • Experience with system implementations preferred.
