Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our client's finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts payable processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage intercompany billing and reconciliations.
  • Utilize NetSuite for accounting tasks and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Perform data entry and maintain organized records of all transactions.
  • Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Generate reports and assist with month-end closing activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and handle inquiries in a professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of accounts payable experience.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite accounting software.
  • Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
  • Experience with intercompany billing.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational abilities.

Work Model:

  • Hybrid after training period.

Pay Details: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
