Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to provide office support for our Hartford program office. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receptionist duties, paperwork preparation, and payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to staff, families, and other service providers
  • Prepare and maintain confidential participant and personnel records
  • Manage office supplies and equipment
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word Processing and Spreadsheet Software
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
