Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to provide administrative support and management for our offices in Hartford, CT and New York City.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating arrangements with vendors and building management, welcoming visitors, and utilizing strong professional communication skills for call management and office correspondence. They will also be responsible for maintaining clean, safe office spaces, supporting project team members and senior executives with meeting and travel logistics, and organizing and managing meeting materials and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate arrangements with vendors and building management in two offices
  • Welcome visitors and utilize strong professional communication skills for call management and office correspondence
  • Maintain clean, safe office spaces
  • Support project team members and senior executives with meeting and travel logistics
  • Organize and manage meeting materials and equipment
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in office administration, experience in the A/E/C industry a plus
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to regularly travel between Hartford, CT and New York City
