Job Title: Payroll Administrator

At Community Renewal Team, we are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our Finance team. As a Payroll Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process bi-weekly payroll, including generating and transmitting payroll reports
  • Manage and maintain the integrity of our HRIS system
  • Collaborate with IT and ADP on time clock issues
  • Enter new hires and rehires into HRIS system with all corresponding necessary data
  • Update employee data in HRIS system as needed
  • Generate EEO annual reports and ensure data integrity
  • Perform other related duties as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
  • Minimum 7 years of payroll related experience
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and MS Word
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, customer service, and organizational skills
