- Utilizes advanced conflict resolution skills, problem-solving, and change management skills.
- Minimum of 5 years of related work experience preferred.
- Advanced skill level required for software applications, including database queries, Excel spreadsheets, and document preparation.
- High school degree or equivalent required, with a minimum of 3 years of related work experience.
