Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Decca Recruiting. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
  • Assist with budget preparation and control activities, as well as preparation and control of records, statistics, and reports.
  • Administer various programs, projects, and/or processes specific to the operating unit served.
  • Serve as an administrative liaison with others within and outside the company regarding administrative issues related to purchasing, personnel, facilities, and operations.
  • Train and assist other employees as needed.
Requirements
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
  • Able to write correspondence and effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work with all levels of staff.
  • Proficient in Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, and Project.
  • Excellent word-processing skills and business writing ability, with accurate and precise proofreading skills.
  • Strong organization, analytical, attention to detail, and follow-up skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
