Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

AmeriPro Roofing, a leading residential roofing contractor, is seeking a skilled Outside Sales Representative to join our team in the Chicago land area.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven sales professional to educate and inform homeowners on their entitlements through storm damage related to roofing, siding, and gutter projects. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and closing new sales opportunities, managing your territory, and building relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new sales opportunities through targeted canvassing, referrals, and preset leads.
  • Manage and maximize assigned territory to achieve sales goals.
  • Conduct exterior property inspections to identify wind and hail damage.
  • Convert inspections to claims filed and contracts signed.
  • Review scope of work and sign contracts with homeowners.
  • Meet with insurance adjusters on property and collect funds and insurance deductibles from homeowners.
  • Obtain referrals from customers on approved sales and networking.
  • Build relationships by earning trust with homeowners and educating them on industry products and AmeriPro's policies and procedures.
  • Methodically manage your sales pipeline via our CRM.
  • Maintain constant communication with Sales Leadership, homeowners, and office staff.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of proven full-cycle sales experience preferred.
  • Reliable working vehicle with insurance coverage (10 years or newer preferred to qualify for allowance).
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Smart phone capable of downloading apps and taking pictures.
  • Industry knowledge a plus, but not required.
  • Previous experience using a CRM platform required.
  • Experience following a documented consultative sales system preferred.
  • Self-sufficient and able to work in an independent environment.
  • Dedication to personal career development by reaching set goals.
  • Valid Driver's license (Any State applicable) and 21 years of age or older preferred (for Insurance purposes).
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Performance-based pay (based on activities).
  • Commission on approved sales.
  • $62,400 - $266,000 / year (expected yearly earnings).
