Job Title: Membership Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Membership Sales Representative to join our team at Goldfish Swim School - Chapel Hill. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting quality customer service and processing sales and registration transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our members and guests
  • Process student registrations and sales transactions in a timely and efficient manner
  • Schedule and manage birthday/pool parties and supervise private party staff
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist members with purchases of merchandise and vending
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the front desk area, Snack Shack area, changing areas, restrooms, and observation area
  • Enforce safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents and administer first aid when necessary
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Two or more years of previous customer service and/or sales experience required
  • Intermediate level computer skills required using Word, Excel, and other software systems
  • Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid certification required; Shallow water attendant highly recommended
