Job Summary

Cashman Equipment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Power Systems Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth in the power generation industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the power generation market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to ensure Cashman Equipment remains competitive and innovative.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to management, highlighting opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
  • Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management.
Requirements
  • 4-year degree in Business or related field (may be waived due to experience level).
  • 1-5 years of direct, field sales experience in the power generation industry or related field.
  • Demonstrated revenue, profit, time, and expense management skills.
  • Intermediate Excel, Access, and Word experience.
  • Identified customer relationship management skills.
  • Professional attitude and appearance consistent with position and responsibilities.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with ability to work with minimum supervision.
Working Environment

The Power Systems Sales Representative will work in a field environment, with frequent exposure to adverse weather conditions, including heat, cold, wind, rain, dust, and dirt. The role requires traversing rough or uneven ground, construction sites, and customer locations.
