Findlay Toyota Henderson is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Automotive Sales Representative. This is a full-time position that offers excellent income potential and a competitive hourly wage, plus a performance bonus structure that allows for opportunities to increase earnings.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Generate leads and drive traffic for the sales and service departments by setting appointments for prospective customers.
- Handle incoming calls and follow up on customer visits in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner.
- Utilize internet sales experience to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Follow up with past customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Make a high volume of outbound calls each day to engage with customers and drive sales.
- Notify necessary departments to inform of appointments set and forward customer concerns to the correct department manager.
- Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities to ensure seamless customer service.
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
**Requirements**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong computer and phone skills, with experience in sales and customer service a plus.
- Bi-lingual skills a plus, but not required.
