We are seeking dedicated and safety-oriented individuals to uphold exceptional quality standards and fulfill customer expectations. Available roles encompass forklift operation, machinery handling, and product assembly. There are outstanding prospects for career development and progression within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Forklift Roles
- Transporting materials within the warehouse and yard, and loading onto outgoing vehicles
- Conducting manual inventory counts and scanning items
- Inputting product data into the computer system and fulfilling orders
- Machinery Handling Roles
- Mastering machine controls for accurate assembly or production
- Utilizing pneumatic tools, automatic banders, and applying identification labels
- Implementing corrective measures to ensure product quality
- Coordinating with the incoming shift regarding operational activities
- Reporting potential equipment issues to management
- Assembly Roles
- Performing various manual tasks as required by the production facility
- Constructing doors, trusses, and kits according to production needs
- Operating presses, pneumatic tools, and other machinery
Qualifications & Skills:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED is preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Able to collaborate effectively with team members
- Forklift Roles
- Ability to bend, twist, reach, and lift items weighing up to 75 pounds
- Prior forklift training, certification, or licensing is preferred
- Machinery Handling Roles
- Requires continuous standing with occasional lifting of up to 75 pounds
- Experience in production, manufacturing, or with pneumatic tools is preferred
- Mechanical experience is advantageous
- Assembly Roles
- Requires continuous standing with occasional lifting of up to 75 pounds
- Involves bending, squatting, walking, and twisting
