Manufacturing Associate II

The Assembler II position is a key role in our manufacturing team, responsible for performing basic assembly and installation duties. This role will assist and learn from a Senior Assembler, performing tasks such as:
- Training with a Senior Assembler to assemble products and sub-components to support vehicle production and other products
- Supporting vehicle and material movement in and around the facility
- Cleaning and preparing components and vehicles for production
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Following established safety procedures
- Learning and performing assigned production procedures to support vehicle and product production
- Performing work on vehicle systems
- Performing fabrication duties to include grinding, cutting, and drilling using fixtures and templates
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years of automotive experience
- The ability to work independently while following specific work instructions
- Understanding and exhibition of the proper use of calibrated torque tools
- Proficiency with computer usage
- The ability to learn and follow written instructions
- The ability to perform fine hand manipulation
- The ability to use power tools
- The ability to focus on details and quality of work
- Possession of basic mechanic tools
- Knowledge of basic automotive maintenance
A successful candidate may also have:
- A valid driver's license with a good driving record
- The ability to work overtime as needed, including weekends
- Participation in high school automotive shop coursework
- Experience performing personal vehicle maintenance
