Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineering Project Manager

Job Summary:

LanceSoft is seeking a highly experienced Senior Electrical Engineering Project Manager to oversee a team of electrical engineers and inspectors on various projects, including transmission, substations, overhead, and underground distribution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, project management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of up to 5 electrical engineers and inspectors on multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and quality of work.
  • Coordinate and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, including contractor manpower and material deliveries.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety and environmental requirements.
  • Coordinate activities between contractors, subcontractors, local agencies, and company personnel.
  • Witness, approve, and document testing procedures, including transformer acceptance testing and concrete testing.
  • Maintain accurate records of project activities, including out-of-scope activities and associated costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering, project management, and team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, including transmission, substations, overhead, and underground distribution.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Computer literate, including expertise with Microsoft Office.
