Key Responsibilities- Project Proposal Development: Participate in the project proposal effort by defining the project scope of work and budget.
- Electrical Department Standards: Review and update the electrical department standards, details, and specification development and updates.
- Team Collaboration: Establish and maintain cooperative and productive relationships with all employees, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Quality Control: Quality control through project review at various stages throughout project design.
- Mentorship and Coaching: Mentor, and coach the electrical group members and assist in the performance management process by providing feedback to the technical leader for performance evaluations.
- Staffing and Resource Allocation: Works with the Project Manager to determine the staffing needs for each project.
- Financial and Technical Project Success: Assures financial and technical project success and maintains a high level of client satisfaction.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Provides subject matter expertise to company clients on technical issues.
- Industry Representation: Represents firm at technical conferences and client meetings.
- Education: Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from four-year college/university.
- Experience: 10+ years applicable design experience in consulting engineering and/or construction projects.
- Professional License: Professional License, NJ & NY.
