We are currently in search of driven and personable Outside Sales Representatives to represent our esteemed partner, Frontier Communications Inc. This role encompasses various territories, including New London, Norwich, Mystic, Pawcatuck, and Westerly.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary of $30,000 with unlimited commission potential and cash bonuses.
- First-year on-target earnings ranging from $72,000 to over $114,000.
- Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, and Life Insurance.
- 401(k) retirement plan.
- Paid Time Off plus six company-wide holidays.
- A clear and structured Career Development Program.
- Paid training with a New Hire Ramp Bonus of $1,000 in the first month.
Qualifications:
- A motivated sales professional with aspirations to earn over $100,000 in your first year.
- Familiarity with technology and its applications in sales.
- Strong time management and organizational capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both collaborative and independent.
- A desire for career advancement through our development program.
- Previous experience in B2B sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A valid U.S. Driver's License and dependable transportation are required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
