Overview:
The Retail Operations Leader is tasked with guiding the team to achieve outstanding customer experiences, operational efficiency, and profitable sales. This role involves overseeing the entire store operation in alignment with brand standards and franchisee guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all essential duties of store team members.
- Provide training and development for store team members.
- Ensure adherence to brand standards, recipes, and operational systems.
- Foster a customer-centric culture within the store.
- Analyze customer feedback and implement strategies for improvement.
- Communicate store objectives, goals, and performance results to team members.
- Implement new product launches and maintain a safe working environment.
- Manage costs and oversee inventory control.
- Prepare weekly staffing schedules and manage vendor orders.
- Conduct self-assessments to ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.
- Oversee cash management and collaborate with the brand's Field Operations team.
Team Management:
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and nurture team members.
- Monitor, evaluate, and provide feedback on employee performance.
- Coach team members to enhance sales and elevate customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Fluency in English.
- Fundamental math and financial management skills.
- Prior leadership experience is essential.
- A college degree is preferred.
- Strong analytical capabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire others.
Physical Requirements:
