Position Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who possess strong interpersonal skills to represent Frontier Communications Inc. in the field.
Compensation Package:
- Base salary of $30,000 with uncapped commission potential and cash bonuses.
- First-year earnings projected between $72,000 and $114,000+.
- Comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, and Life Insurance.
- 401k retirement plan.
- Paid Time Off along with six company-wide holidays.
- A clear and structured Career Development Program.
- Paid training with a New Hire Ramp Bonus of $1,000 in the first month.
Qualifications:
- A motivated sales professional with aspirations to earn over $100,000 in the first year.
- Technologically savvy and proficient.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both collaborative and effective.
- A desire for growth within the organization through our Career Development Program.
- Prior experience in B2B sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A valid US Driver's License and dependable transportation are required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
