Job Summary

US Foods, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining existing accounts, driving sales growth, and leading a sales team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Development: Develop and execute strategies to grow existing accounts, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead a sales team to achieve sales targets, provide coaching and guidance, and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Business Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business plans, set sales targets, and monitor progress.
  • Customer Communication: Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum three years of sales and distribution experience required; foodservice industry experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
