As a Client Relationship Manager at First Onsite, you will be central to our operations, working closely with both internal teams and external industry leaders to design and implement effective sales strategies that not only expand your portfolio but also provide tailored, impressive solutions for our clients.

You are not merely fostering connections; you are establishing a network of clients who recognize us as their sole restoration partner. Your ability to engage with key decision-makers and stay ahead of industry trends will position you as a trusted expert in our domain. Your vibrant personality is not just memorable; it leaves a lasting impression, especially when you are representing our brand at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events, all while generating leads like a pro.

Problem-solving is your forte, so when it comes to addressing client needs, you are always proactive, demonstrating a sense of urgency. You will collaborate with Operations, National Sales, and other departments to develop strategies that enhance efficiency, deliver exceptional customer service, and introduce innovative solutions. From identifying prospects to closing deals, you take charge of the sales process, expanding our client base and driving revenue as the sales champion you are.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales objectives, with a preference for consultative and solution-oriented sales experiences.
  • Skilled relationship builder at all levels, from entry-level staff to executive leadership, with the capacity to connect and engage with key decision-makers.
  • Team-oriented collaborator who embodies a "We before Me" philosophy, ensuring collective success and cohesion.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively articulate ideas, negotiate agreements, and maintain robust client relationships.
  • Valid driver's license required, with the willingness to travel as necessary to meet with clients and participate in events.
