Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Senior MEP Project Manager to lead our MEP engineering team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in MEP engineering, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage MEP engineering projects from proposal to construction phases
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Collaborate with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to deliver projects successfully
  • Develop and train professional design and technical support staff in MEP engineering techniques
  • Monitor and control project costs, resources, and risks
  • Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and presentations
  • Develop and maintain good client relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Participate in business development initiatives and efforts
Requirements
  • 10+ years of relevant MEP engineering experience
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
  • Professional Engineer license required
  • Experience in design and management of MEP engineering projects
  • Knowledge of New York City and NYS Building Codes
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and project leadership skills
  • Experience with AutoCAD and Revit
