Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our team at Hireio, Inc. This role focuses on enhancing our collaborations with digital payment solutions and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities


• Collaborate with digital payment platforms. Strengthen partnerships with various digital wallet providers to support the growth of our fintech services. Manage and nurture relationships with local, regional, and international payment facilitators, including payment gateways, third-party payment providers, card schemes, banks, and alternative payment channels.


• Drive Strategic Partnership Development and Management initiatives with digital wallets.


• Identify, negotiate, and finalize new strategic alliances.


• Build and maintain strong, effective relationships with key partners, focusing on opportunities for strategic growth.


• Provide valuable insights to inform product development and partnerships, fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams in product management, engineering, marketing, and operations to create and implement a comprehensive business strategy.


• Engage with financial institutions. Develop and manage partnerships with local and international banks to enhance our service offerings. Collaborate with partner banks for fund settlement, foreign exchange quotations, liquidity management, and cross-border solutions.


• Strengthen relationships with local regulatory bodies and advocate for inclusive financing practices in the region.


• Occasionally participate in company initiatives to coordinate overall financial institution collaborations within projects.

Qualifications


• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in financial institutions or digital payment sectors. Experience in third-party payment companies, e-commerce payment solutions, card schemes, or banking payment departments is preferred.


• Comprehensive understanding of local regulations and compliance related to payment operations and cross-border fund transfers.


• Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt swiftly to changes.


• Willingness to travel frequently within the US and occasionally to other regions.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between $109,200 and $255,600 annually. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires in this role across our US offices. Individual compensation is influenced by various factors, including relevant skills, experience, and education. This position may also qualify for additional bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
