**Job Summary**

Dealer eProcess is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for maintaining and building strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional support to enhance their experience, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain and build client relationships through regular communication and proactive issue resolution.
  • Provide professional support to clients, including training and education on Dealer eProcess products.
  • Stay on top of industry trends to ensure our clients receive the latest information and best practices.
  • Conduct dealer training to ensure our clients have the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.
  • Work closely with various departments to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Remain in frequent contact with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored support.

**Required Skills:**

  • Excellent presentation, communication, and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite to effectively communicate and manage client information.
