Job Title: Benefits Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Specialist to join our team at Boston IVF. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of all health, disability, and retirement benefit plans and policies, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with vendors for plan audits and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, flexible spending accounts, and 401(k) plans.
  • Provide ongoing employee education and resolve escalated benefits issues.
  • Manage all compliance-related matters, including completion of Form 5500s and non-discrimination testing.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and provide necessary reports for allocation and billing charges.
  • Review benefit eligibility reporting to ensure accuracy within our internal HRIS system and with external vendor partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of benefits administration experience in a company with at least 500 employees.
  • Experience with benefit plan design, renewal, and open enrollment.
  • Proficiency with applicable disability laws, including ADA, FMLA, and Workers' Compensation.
