  • Analyze, interpret, and develop financial data along with key performance metrics.
  • Prepare forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses to support informed decision-making.
  • Produce and present regular financial reports to leadership, emphasizing trends and potential areas for improvement.
  • Create customized reports as required for specific projects.
  • Work closely with various departments on annual budgeting and performance assessment.
  • Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to aid in strategic planning.
  • Deliver precise and timely financial forecasts informed by market trends.
  • Assess financial performance against established business metrics and suggest enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial impacts.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance or Financial Planning & Analysis.
  • An MBA is preferred.
  • Experience in the Manufacturing or Consumer Goods sector is advantageous.
  • Proficient in financial modeling, analysis, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong grasp of accounting principles and financial statements.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
