Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Manufacturing or Consumer Goods industry experience preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
