Role Overview:
As a full-time Customer Relationship Banker, you will be the face of Dieterich Bank in the communities we serve. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate strong customer relationships, guiding them in making informed financial decisions, resolving issues, and enhancing their overall financial health.

Key Responsibilities:
Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assisting clients with new account setups, processing transactions, and managing payments.
  • Offering guidance on online banking services and addressing customer inquiries.
  • Promoting and selling our financial products and services.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and effectively resolving customer concerns.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the banking sector.
  • An Associate Degree in business or a related field is preferred.
  • Dependability and flexibility to work Saturdays on a rotational basis.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients both in person and over the phone.
  • Proficiency in technology, including Microsoft Office and online banking platforms.

  • The ability to collaborate effectively within a team and assist other departments as necessary.
  • A keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position requiring up to 40 hours per week, with a schedule that varies based on branch hours. You will also participate in a Saturday rotation, working a minimum of two Saturdays each month.
