Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Todd Shannon Agency. As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a key role in helping us grow our business by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell insurance products.
  • Prospect for new business through lead generation, networking, and other sales channels.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our insurance products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Possess a genuine passion for sales and a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Property & Casualty license preferred, but not required (we will provide training for the right candidate).
