Current Opening: Full-Time Client Relationship Specialist

Employment Type: Full-Time. Work hours are typically scheduled from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday (with a one-hour lunch break). This position includes a rotating Saturday schedule.

Work Locations: Employees may be assigned to various locations as needed, with initial training provided at the main office.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred; alternatively, 2-4 years of relevant experience or a suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Previous experience in banking is advantageous, though training will be provided.
  • Experience in retail, customer service, or cash handling is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional personal service to clients by promptly addressing their needs in a friendly manner.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by effectively contributing as a member of the team.
  • Engage with the community through active participation in meaningful projects.
  • Build and enhance relationships with clients, identifying their individual needs and tailoring services accordingly.
  • Assist clients via phone and in-person, addressing inquiries, executing transactions, and resolving service issues.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of all bank products, clearly explaining them to clients and making appropriate referrals.
  • Address service challenges to maintain goodwill and strive to resolve issues while preserving client relationships.
  • Proactively identify client needs and communicate insights to management.
  • Provide support with teller transactions and consumer loans as necessary.
