A strong understanding of financial transactions and the ability to promote banking products is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure daily cash drawer balance meets established standards.
  • Assist customers in opening various types of accounts, including savings, checking, and investment accounts.
  • Facilitate the mailing of statements and help clients enroll in electronic statements.
  • Manage Safe Deposit Box services.
  • Handle coin rolling and ATM servicing.
  • Promote and cross-sell bank products and services effectively.
  • Maintain a tidy workstation and ensure adequate supplies are available.
  • Support customers with digital banking setup and troubleshooting.

Additional Duties:

  • Answer phone inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Open and close banking facilities as required.
  • Direct customers to appropriate service representatives when necessary.
  • Foster a welcoming and professional environment for all customers.

Relationship Management:

  • Engage with customers and the public to enhance the bank's marketing efforts.
