Key Responsibilities:

The Chief Human Resources Officer will collaborate with department leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals. This role encompasses planning, directing, and managing HR policies and programs, ensuring compliance with legal standards and the organization's mission. Key responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing wage and salary administration
  • Managing recruitment and employment processes
  • Coordinating benefits selection and management
  • Handling employee relations and payroll
  • Acting as a liaison between employees and leadership
  • Participating in organizational operations and projects

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is advantageous
  • Proven leadership skills with strong interpersonal abilities
