The Human Resources Executive will collaborate with department leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals. This role encompasses planning, directing, and managing HR policies and activities, ensuring compliance with legal standards and the implementation of the organization's mission and talent strategy. Key responsibilities include:
- Management of compensation and benefits
- Recruitment and employment processes
