Position Summary:
The Regional Process Coordinator plays a crucial role in the optimization and standardization of business processes within the finance domain. This position serves as a vital link between Global Process Coordination, various Controlling functions, the IT department, and other business units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the harmonization and enhancement of finance-related business processes.
  • Lead significant international finance projects, ensuring alignment with global standards.
  • Provide training and mentorship to team members while analyzing and refining existing processes.
  • Design and implement new processes related to reconciliation, documentation, testing, and training.
  • Contribute to the advancement of the CO/FI-IT system landscape.
  • Consult with regional companies on global Finance and Controlling processes within SAP.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including MM, SD, and PP.
  • Guide junior team members and potentially lead project teams.
  • Oversee larger projects, including resource scheduling and performance management.
  • Engage in consulting activities with group companies to ensure effective knowledge transfer and training.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a related field, along with 5 to 10 years of accounting experience in a multinational corporate environment. Ideal candidates will have:
  • Proven experience in finance processes, ideally in a similar role.
  • Strong expertise in process analysis, management, and governance.
  • Experience with international projects and intercultural collaboration.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP FI/AM, with familiarity in CO, SD, MM, or Concur being advantageous.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one additional language.
