Job Overview

Classification: Full-time; Exempt

Shift: Monday – Friday, core hours 8:30am-5:00pm

Position Summary:

The Lead Financial Analyst plays a crucial role in our Finance department, facilitating data-driven strategies through budget management, forecasting, and internal reporting as we continue to expand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development and assessment of budgets and forecasts.
  • Manage the expense allocation process to enhance revenue analysis.
  • Design and sustain financial models to aid in strategic decision-making.
  • Generate one-time and recurring financial reports for executive leadership.
  • Implement automated reporting and forecasting tools to optimize data utilization.
  • Act as a project leader, managing discovery, execution, and communication aspects.
  • Collaborate with operational leaders to provide financial insights.
  • Identify risk factors and areas for potential enhancement.
  • Assess prospective capital expenditures and initiatives.
  • Ensure high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and accountability in all tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance is required.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience in Finance, with a solid understanding of Accounting principles, including journal entries, closing processes, and financial statements.
  • Experience in budgeting, analysis, and financial modeling is essential.
  • Ability to comprehend business drivers affecting financial performance.
  • Proficient in interpreting, analyzing, and summarizing both financial and non-financial data.
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities while adhering to deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for translating complex concepts.
  • Proven ability to complete projects independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is crucial.
  • Presentation skills are an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: $81,124,328.00 DOE. Silencer Central provides a competitive total compensation package, which includes:
