We are looking for a dynamic individual with an entrepreneurial mindset to lead our Cerologists and drive business success. This role requires a strong ability to manage multiple locations effectively. The ideal candidate will confidently oversee all facets of operations, including client relations, human resources, local marketing, inventory management, and financial oversight. A passion for the beauty industry, commitment to continuous learning, and active engagement with the local community are essential for this position. The District Manager should enjoy collaborating with a team and providing support to foster growth within individual studios.


POSITION SUMMARY:

The District Manager is accountable for the performance of all assigned locations, maintaining regular contact and supervision with Studio Managers.


This role involves close collaboration with ownership to oversee human resources, marketing, customer service, and financial management. Availability as the primary point of contact around the clock is a requirement.

  • Inventory Oversight
  • Local Marketing, Community Engagement, and Public Relations
  • Staff Recruitment, Management, Development, and Retention
  • Studio Maintenance, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
  • Profit and Loss Management
  • Implementation of Promotions and Loyalty Program Growth

ROLE SCOPE AND COMPLEXITY:

This position ensures optimal business operations, a fulfilling client experience, effective staff training, and profitability.


The District Manager is responsible for compliance with state regulations and ensuring all employees possess the necessary qualifications and licenses to deliver an exceptional client experience.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to inspire a team to provide outstanding client service
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Attention to detail
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Two years of experience in business and staff management
  • Two years of experience in the beauty industry or salon environment
