Solar Sales Representative

SunCommon is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Solar Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our residential sales team, you will be responsible for educating customers on the benefits of solar energy and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of solar energy systems and their benefits
- Conduct in-home and virtual consultations with customers to assess their energy needs and provide personalized solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
- Work collaboratively with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution and customer delivery
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to continuously improve sales strategies and customer engagement
- 2+ years of sales experience in the renewable energy or related industry
- Strong understanding of solar energy systems and their benefits
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
