About This Position

SunCommon is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Solar Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our residential sales team, you will be responsible for educating customers on the benefits of solar energy and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of solar energy systems and their benefits
  • Conduct in-home and virtual consultations with customers to assess their energy needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work collaboratively with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution and customer delivery
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to continuously improve sales strategies and customer engagement
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience in the renewable energy or related industry
  • Strong understanding of solar energy systems and their benefits
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
