Role Summary:

The Sales Counter Representative will support the Branch Manager in the daily operations of the retail outlet, focusing on customer sales, service excellence, cash management, and inventory oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, both in-person and over the phone
  • Process customer sales orders efficiently
  • Assemble custom hose products as needed
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints
  • Promote the company’s brand within the local community
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with key account and territory managers to achieve service objectives
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
    • Showcase merchandise effectively
    • Rotate stock and restock items as necessary
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by the manager

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Enthusiastic and driven attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Effective risk assessment capabilities
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
  • 1-3 years of experience in counter sales preferred

Work Environment:

  • Retail store setting
  • Occasional travel for customer interactions may be required
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record necessary for company vehicle operation

Educational Background:

  • Associate degree in Business, Engineering Technology, or Marketing, or 2+ years of successful experience in retail or customer service.
