We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Data Coordinator to join our team at JLM Strategic Talent Partners. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining an organized filing system of original documents, performing regular backups of data, and creating reports or retrieving data from the database. You will also use keyboard, optical scanners, or other office equipment to transfer information into the database system and collect information directly from customers.

We offer a competitive salary range of $16.00 - $20.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as our JLM Rewards incentive program.

To be successful in this role, you will need a high school diploma/GED, previous experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar position, and a typing speed of 45 words per minute with a high level of accuracy. You should also be skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel, have an understanding of databases, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
