Job Description

Pinnacle Peak Trading Company LLC is seeking a skilled Office Support Coordinator to join their team. As an Office Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via email and phone.

You will assist with new product acquisition from purchasing to item data entry, schedule inbound freight shipments, work with existing vendors to ensure on-time shipments and credits, handle product returns to ensure proper refunds for our customers, work with our wholesale clients and provide excellent customer support, help increase office productivity and efficiency, and work with our warehouse team as needed.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
