Job OverviewWe are seeking a professional and friendly Front Office Coordinator to be the first point of contact for Every Word Code in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, and providing administrative support to various departments. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

The salary for this position is estimated at $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage visitor check-in and ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
Administrative Support
  • Handle general office duties such as filing, copying, and scheduling appointments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
  • Assist with ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory.
Communication & Coordination
  • Provide information to clients and visitors regarding services, appointments, and office procedures.
  • Manage the booking of conference rooms and coordinate with staff for meeting arrangements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for courier services and package tracking.
Technology & Systems
  • Utilize office management software for scheduling, data entry, and communication.
  • Operate multi-line phone systems, copiers, and other office equipment.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle a multi-line phone system efficiently.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
