Office Administrator Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator Coordinator to drive company success. This role will perform various administrative tasks, including drafting correspondences and formal documents, planning appointments, greeting onsite guests, answering phone calls, developing filing systems, and performing other office duties.
Responsibilities- Draft official documents and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Organize schedules and events to ensure seamless execution
- Welcome visitors and provide exceptional customer service
- Handle incoming calls and direct inquiries efficiently
- Create and maintain organized filing systems for optimal data access
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support team operations
- Communicate with clients regarding past due payments
- Previous experience in administration or related fields
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
- Background in collections or accounting
This is a temporary role, and the estimated salary range is $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Benefits eligibility may apply, and include medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, health spending account, transportation benefits, and employee assistance program.
