About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead our Phoenix office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing office services, coordinating administrative tasks, and acting as a liaison between our Phoenix office and corporate headquarters in Houston.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Office Management
    1. Manage office maintenance, supplies, and general organization.
    2. Coordinate with vendors for equipment, supplies, and facilities management.
  2. Administrative Support
    1. Handle shipping and receiving needs.
    2. Greet visitors and answer incoming calls.
    3. Maintain office supply inventory.
    4. Maintain office files.
    5. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
  3. Talent Development and Culture
    1. Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring they are integrated into the office environment.
    2. Foster a positive office culture by partnering with Operations to organize team events and celebrations.
  4. Space Planning and Safety
    1. Coordinate office space planning and seating arrangements for a growing team.
    2. Ensure the office complies with company policies and safety protocols.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
