Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Home Park Onsite Manager to join our team at CRJ Management, LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of our mobile home parks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leasing and Rental Transactions: Oversee and coordinate all leasing and rental activities, ensuring seamless transactions and excellent customer service.
  • Rent Collection and Record-Keeping: Collect and deposit rents in our software system, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely payments.
  • Tenant Relations and Conflict Resolution: Investigate and resolve tenant complaints in a fair and professional manner, fostering positive relationships and a sense of community.
  • Property Maintenance and Improvement: Update and improve the property to increase return on investment, ensuring a high level of quality and aesthetics.
  • Work Order and Repair Requests: Process work orders and repair requests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring minimal disruption to tenants.
  • Vendor Management: Supervise and cultivate relationships with vendors, ensuring excellent service and competitive pricing.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all property and association rules and regulations are enforced, maintaining a safe and secure environment for tenants.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred, but not required.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with WA State leasing protocol is preferred, but not required.
  • Skills: Ability to build rapport with tenants, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with tenants, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Language: Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus.
  • Computer Skills: Fundamental computer skills, including uploading, scanning, and emailing.
