We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Automotive Office Clerk. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing deals, scanning documents, and providing backup coverage for various office positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Processing: Process deals, write checks, and mail documents in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Document Scanning: Scan deals, service repair orders, and parts tickets efficiently.
  • Backup Coverage: Provide support for title clerk, mail, phone operator, and other office positions as needed.
  • Filing Clerk: Maintain organized and efficient filing systems.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with office staff to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Dealership experience is a plus.
  • Professional appearance and physical ability to work in a normal office environment.
